Nicolas Pulinx

Having graduated in Economics from Université Catholique de Louvain in 1993, Nicolas Pulinx joined The Cooperative Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Transfers (S.W.I.F.T. s.c.). He soon after moved to Hong Kong to assist international and Japanese banks with their SWIFT operations.

In 2000, Nicolas co-founded Mason LaRoche (HK) Ltd, a Hong Kong financial advisory firm which expanded its reach throughout Asia with over one thousand clients.

Since 2011, Nicolas holds the post of President – Wealth Management at Swiss Asia Asset Management in Hong Kong. He is also a Fund Manager for Swiss Asia Financial Services in Singapore. The company manages over two billion USD of assets as of December 2014

 

Jérémie Pulinx

Upon receiving a degree in Economics from Université Catholique de Louvain, Jérémie Pulinx began his career in 2003 in Hong Kong, where he collaborated in the development of a financial advisory firm, Mason La Roche Ltd, for which he was responsible for European expatriate clients. With extensive experience in independent asset management, Jérémie decided to return to Belgium and joined Dexia bank in their investment advisory department.

In 2006, he became director of Dexia Waterloo and worked there as a Private Banker. Jérémie Pulinx left Dexia and co-founded Waterloo Asset Management and is now responsible of the strategy and development of what is now known as a leading Family Office in Belgium.

 

Darrell Sham

Mr. Sham has extensive business experience in Asia and has held several senior management posts in Hong Kong.

Mr. Sham has lead and built teams in finance, strategic planning and business improvement. He has experience in regional and group accounting roles, financial planning and analysis, business modelling, design and implementation of improved financial and management reporting, merger and acquisition due diligence, change management and establishment of shared services.

Mr. Sham is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from Australia. He trained as an auditor with Pricewaterhouse in Sydney and later joined Pricewaterhouse Consulting as a Consultant in Singapore and China.

Mr. Sham speaks fluent English, Cantonese and business Mandarin.
